Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack customer orders with zero-error accuracy standards
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain organized storage areas and conduct cycle counts
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet daily shipment deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and warehouse cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or inventory experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for 8 hours
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Overnight shift availability (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) required
