Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain 99.9% accuracy
- Safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts in OSHA-compliant manner
- Load/unload trucks with proper equipment and safety protocols
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and warehouse zones
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math and computer literacy skills required
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain (training provided)
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Pass background check and drug screening
