Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and verify inbound shipments against purchase orders
- Efficiently pick, pack, and stage orders for daily shipping routes
- Maintain organized inventory counts using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided) for material movement
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize workflow and productivity
- Complete daily paperwork and digital reporting with precision
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (Sun-Thurs preferred)
- Reliable transportation to our Milwaukee facility
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Team player with excellent communication skills
