Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision for next-day delivery fulfillment
- Maintain organized stock rotation and inventory accuracy in climate-controlled facility
- Safely operate pallet jacks and material handling equipment (certification provided)
- Perform quality checks on products before shipping to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow efficiency during peak hours
Qualifications
- Availability to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM) with flexible scheduling
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Reliable transportation to Chandler facility
