Responsibilities
- Safely receive, store, and distribute inventory using RF scanners and material handling equipment
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate warehouse documentation
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery following safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly processing targets
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety procedures
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and organizing warehouse layouts
- Report equipment malfunctions and maintain clean workstations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Availability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR (commercial experience a plus)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
