Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders using warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and responsibly
- Ensure proper stacking and organization of products in designated warehouse zones
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments to prevent discrepancies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following OSHA standards
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse technology
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the industrial park location
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays as needed
