Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort inbound shipments using RF scanners
- Optimize inventory placement in designated warehouse zones for efficient retrieval
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision to meet daily targets
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification) safely
- Collaborate with overnight team leads to resolve operational issues
- Conduct cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Reliable transportation for overnight shift coverage (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
