Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and aisles
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage/discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with overnight team leads on workflow optimization
Qualifications
- 18+ years old with valid government ID
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners
- Reliable transportation to/from Harbor Point location
- Availability for 20-30 hours/week (11 PM - 7 AM shifts)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
