Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock rotation in a temperature-controlled environment
- Safely operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Inspect incoming shipments for quality and discrepancies; process returns and damaged goods
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided training
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation and availability for overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
