Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with accuracy and efficiency using RF scanners
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies
- Operate material handling equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn RF scanning systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation to our Diversey Parkway facility
- Availability to work flexible shifts (mornings, afternoons, or weekends)
