Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to packing slips and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and RF scanners safely
- Maintain organized and efficient staging areas for outgoing shipments
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming inventory as needed
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass background check
- Reliable transportation to our Airport Way facility
