Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners
- Inspect products for quality and damage
- Maintain organized and clean workstations
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, carts)
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflows
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours
- Basic math and literacy skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation to our Austin facility
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Willingness to learn warehouse systems
