Responsibilities
- Accurately pick orders using RF scanners and pick-to-light systems
- Efficiently pack products with protective materials to prevent damage
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and quality checks
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Sort and organize returned merchandise as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld devices
- Strong attention to detail and error prevention skills
- Reliable transportation to North Charlotte facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently in a team environment
