Responsibilities
- Pick & Pack: Efficiently retrieve items from warehouse shelves using RF scanners and pack them securely for shipment.
- Accuracy Verification: Double-check orders against customer packing slips to minimize errors and returns.
- Labeling & Shipping: Apply appropriate shipping labels and documentation to all packages.
- Inventory Maintenance: Assist in keeping the warehouse aisles organized and free of clutter.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, walk extensively, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld scanning devices.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality control.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, nights, and weekends.
- Valid ID: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
