Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided) to move materials efficiently
- Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies to the shift supervisor
- Sort and organize inventory in designated storage areas following FIFO protocols
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to maintain smooth workflow
- Adhere to all safety protocols including proper lifting techniques and PPE usage
- Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
