- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners and order-picking systems
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain organized work areas and follow FIFO inventory protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to safety standards and company quality control procedures
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting activities
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
