Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect merchandise for damage and ensure items are properly packaged and labeled for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (certification provided), and conveyor belts.
- Verify inventory counts and report any discrepancies or damaged stock to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure shipping targets are met during high-volume periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse software and scanning tools.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
