Responsibilities
- Accurately pick customer orders using handheld scanners and pick tickets
- Safely pack items into appropriate boxes with protective materials
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, conveyors) with proper training
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory zones
- Perform quality checks on packed items before shipping
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting activities
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6+ hours)
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to the industrial park location
- Positive attitude with strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to operate warehouse equipment after training
