Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment based on customer requirements and pick lists.
- Inspect products for damage and verify order accuracy before packaging to minimize returns.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to log inventory movements accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and maintain high efficiency standards.
- Load and unload trucks or conveyors as needed, ensuring proper handling of goods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent work experience).
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours) and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
