Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise against customer orders using handheld scanners (RF Guns).
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
- Sort and stage inventory according to warehouse layout and organizational standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, electric jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours per shift).
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new scanning technologies quickly.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
