Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise with high accuracy and speed to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate handheld radio frequency (RF) scanners to input and retrieve order data.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure proper labeling before shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload packages safely onto conveyors or trucks.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-hour shifts).
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Basic reading and math skills required for order accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Nashville facility.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
