Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders according to specific guidelines and quality standards.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure accurate labeling and packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and 5S principles.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Sort, stock, and organize inventory to ensure easy access and efficient workflow.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counting processes as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate business needs.
- Valid driver's license (not required for warehouse floor work but recommended).
