Responsibilities
- Select and retrieve merchandise from the warehouse floor based on customer orders with high accuracy.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery.
- Operate handheld scanners and computer systems to verify inventory and process orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and hourly productivity targets.
- Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or retail stocking is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse location.
