Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders from warehouse inventory
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners) safely and efficiently
- Verify order completeness and quality before shipping
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and storage areas
- Participate in inventory counts and stock rotation processes
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Report equipment malfunctions or inventory discrepancies immediately
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided!
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for order verification and inventory tasks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Reliable transportation to/from our Washington, IL facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new procedures
