Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners.
- Ensure all items are properly labeled, packaged, and secured to prevent damage during transit.
- Conduct quality control checks on outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fulfilling orders.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
