Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency using handheld scanners.
- Verify product quantities and descriptions against pick tickets to ensure order correctness.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sweeping and organizing shelves.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely when certified.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as directed by management.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required for entry-level positions.
