Job Overview:
As a Picker Packer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for selecting merchandise from the warehouse floor and preparing it for shipment.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.9% accuracy using handheld scanners.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging materials are used.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Sort, label, and stage pallets for loading onto delivery trucks.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and efficiency targets.
- Perform basic inventory checks and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for 8-hour shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with handheld scanning equipment.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse setting.
- Reliable transportation and a positive work attitude.
