Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment according to customer orders and company standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and scanners safely and efficiently.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts by maintaining organized workstations and reporting discrepancies.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies regarding workplace conduct and equipment usage.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
- Inspect packages for damage and ensure proper labeling and sealing.
- Perform regular cleaning and organization of the storage area to maintain a safe environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or retail stocking is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling products.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must be available to work part-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
