Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and digital systems
- Operate warehouse equipment safely including pallet jacks and conveyor belts
- Maintain organized inventory storage and stock rotation protocols
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company procedures
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn RF scanning systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid California driver's license a plus
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
