Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines
- Rotate stock and perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
- Document inventory movements and update warehouse tracking systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Valid California driver's license if operating powered equipment
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime shifts as needed
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
