Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing merchandise
- Maintain organized warehouse space through systematic stocking and labeling
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain 5S workplace standards
- Participate in monthly inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (forklift certification provided if needed)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Fluent English communication skills (bilingual Spanish a plus)
