Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Manage inventory control through cycle counts and reconciliation
- Safely operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse environment following 5S standards
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Inspect and sort returned merchandise for restocking
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
