Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders for timely shipment
- Maintain organized warehouse zones and optimize storage space
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in monthly inventory audits
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual work ethic
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
