Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks to maintain stock accuracy
- Safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Inspect and sort incoming merchandise for quality control
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks using proper lifting techniques
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours per shift
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to industrial area
- Availability to work 20-25 hours/week (evenings/weekends)
- Positive attitude with strong teamwork mindset
- Willingness to complete forklift certification
- Attention to detail in high-volume environment
- Pass background check and drug screening
