What You Will Do:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of inventory. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you are comfortable with all equipment and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick orders and package items for shipment using RF scanners and packing materials.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels by performing regular stock checks and organizing storage areas.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery and maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all outgoing shipments meet our quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Skills: Basic math skills and computer literacy (ability to use handheld scanners).
- Availability: Must be available for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
