- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and digital inventory systems
- Perform quality control checks and maintain organized storage areas
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts - training provided)
- Process incoming shipments and verify documentation
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Maintain safety standards and 5S workplace organization
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn digital systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Stamina for 4-6 hour shifts on feet
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
