Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Manage inventory counts and stock rotation systems
- Safely operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant work areas
- Assist with loading/unloading of delivery vehicles
- Participate in weekly stock audits and cycle counts
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25kg
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Good communication skills and teamwork orientation
