Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Receive and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders.
- Organize stock on shelves and pallets to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.
- Operate material handling equipment, including hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and company quality standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks when necessary.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions if outdoor work is involved.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
