As a key part of our supply chain team, you'll ensure efficient inventory management while maintaining safety standards. Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack customer orders with attention to detail and speed
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25kg repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Valid UK work permit and right to work in the UK
- Reliable transportation to our Birmingham facility
- Flexibility to work weekends and evening shifts (15-25 hours/week)
