Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision for same-day shipping
- Maintain organized storage systems with FIFO compliance
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred)
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits weekly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and workplace standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid NY driver's license (if operating equipment)
- Background check and drug screen required
