Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Inspect and sort incoming inventory for accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and storage areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts
- Support special projects and seasonal demands as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld devices
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to stand/walk for extended periods
- Forklift certification preferred but not required (training available)
