Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect and sort incoming inventory for quality and accuracy
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement efficient inventory control procedures
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (with certification)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace
- Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided certification
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Valid California driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
