Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Inspect products for quality compliance and damage
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Maintain a clean, safe workspace following OSHA standards
- Assist with receiving and processing incoming shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Valid state-issued ID and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
