Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Receive incoming inventory and verify shipments against purchase orders
- Maintain organized storage areas and ensure proper inventory rotation (FIFO)
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Conduct quality checks on products before shipment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn inventory software
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to East Tucson facility
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
