Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Inspect and sort incoming deliveries for quality control and proper labeling
- Maintain organized warehouse conditions through systematic stock rotation and sanitation
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification) safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow during peak processing times
- Document inventory movements and report discrepancies to shift supervisors
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company security procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Reliable transportation to our San Diego facility
- Flexible availability including morning, evening, and weekend shifts
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
