Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and scan customer orders
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet productivity goals
- Optimize warehouse flow through efficient sorting/staging
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and barcode scanning experience
- Stand/walk for 8+ hours in climate-controlled environment
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Valid state ID for equipment operation
