Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect and sort incoming inventory for quality and accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment per OSHA standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Adhere to company safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Reliable transportation to our Northwest Tucson facility
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus but not required
