Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock rotation
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and discrepancies
- Maintain clean, safe work areas following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Assist in cycle counting and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
