Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Inspect and sort incoming shipments for quality control and documentation
- Maintain organized warehouse conditions through proper stocking and sanitation protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse technology
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends (4-5 shifts per week)
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Valid government-issued photo ID and reliable transportation
