Responsibilities
- Accurately process and package orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized inventory through cycle counting and stock rotation
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming shipments
- Support physical inventory audits and loss prevention initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; 6+ months warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
